I think this error message says it all.

What are we supposed to do with an error like this?

I'm so tired of a lack of support from Shipstation...

I have a lot more I'd like to rant about, but now that posts up here are being censored....I'll retreat.

Same.  I just came here to see what it might mean.  Of course, this is an international UPS order I needed to get out tomorrow.  😠

Another day, another error message, anyone else getting this one:

 

Error purchasing Shipsurance: There has been an Error with this API call. Please contact the system administrator.
