Export orders problem

Recently, we have noticed Shipstation has been getting 'Buggier'.

First, it wouldn't open in Chrome (112.0.5615.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)) so we switched to Firefox.

Now, it won't export our orders. We go through the same procedures as always. It WAS exporting in Firefox and it displays the pop-up window that says "Your export order is being generated" and sometime, it says that the CSV file is ready. There is nothing in the downloads folder of Firefox.

We use the report generated from that export on a weekly basis to review outstanding orders. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looking at what you are describing, this might be something that needs to be investigated by our support department. 

 

Before reaching out to support, I would strongly recommend attempting some troubleshooting steps like clearing cache and cookie, and turning off plugins and extensions. This is a step support will most likely ask you to do anyways, so getting it out of the way before reaching out is a good idea. Our performance troubleshooting help center article, has all of our recommended steps listed out for you to follow. 

 

If after attempting these steps, you are still experiencing the same behavior, then you will want to open a ticket with our support team to investigate further.

Erin - all of the above 'fixes' were tried before we reached out to your support team. To date, it's still 'buggy'.
