Thank you for your post! Upon reviewing the ShipStation Status page, an issue appears to be being investigated. If you haven't already subscribed, I recommend subscribing to notifications on the Status page for future updates so you can stay informed.
We are having the same issue trying to print Packing Slips. The Generating Packing Slips window shows up, it hangs, then there is an error window. Happening on all of our machines.
