Feature Request - Postage Invoice

Hi Team,

We have been buying shipping label through ShipStation.   Our accounting team would like to keep a copy of invoice for record.  But as of now ShipStation do not have a way to generate tax invoice for postage/s......

Thank you for your post in the community! After reviewing your account, it appears that most of your shipments were processed through your carrier accounts. For these shipments, we recommend contacting your carrier directly to obtain detailed invoices.

For shipments made using your ShipStation carrier accounts, I’ve found a helpful article in our Help Center. Specifically, the section on View Transaction History explains how to review your One Balance wallet transactions.
