When a customer process a return, it doesn’t say anywhere on the return slip what the reason is, nor does it seem to allow for any consumer comments such as “I’d like to exchange this for…” or what “Other” is, and the like. Would love to have the return order form be a bit more comprehensive and have it flow through to the slip the consumer puts in the return; or have it noted somewhere at a minimum. Thanks!

This idea is currently in the planned status, which means our product team does plan on adding this functionality to the branded returns page but it has not been scheduled into our roadmap yet. Please feel free to add your comments and kudos to the existing ideas thread!
