As the system is right now, we don't have a way to control the order that each user appears in the drop-down menus.
Impact: In our company we have some users who are assigned to a lot of orders, and by an unlucky position she is the last one, every time we have to scroll the menu to the end.
Suggestion: Give the user a way to give each user a position number, a text field to type a number and the menu is sorted by it or even a drag and drop list that we can position each user and the menu will respect the order we select.
