Shipstation integrates with Etsy. However, there are intermittent connection issues. This is a problem because when we mark orders are shipped, if the connection fails, those orders are not marked as shipped in Etsy. So we need to monitor daily for any orders where the marketplace was not notified. This seems to happen more frequently when a large number of orders are notifying the marketplace in quick succession. Perhaps Shipstation is running into request limiting in the Etsy api?
Shipstation should resolve this issue so that either these intermittent connection issues don't happen or are minimized, and/or it should re-try failed marketplace notifications after a delay.
