I would like to edit the shipstation email that sends out for shipment notification. I can see the edit button when I click the three dots next to it but its greyed out! Is there a way to edit the default email or do I just need to create a new email template? Thanks to everyone in advance.

I went ahead and made a copy of the default and made changes I needed to. Seems like you just can't edit the default template.
