Identifying Expedited Shipping through Ship Station

Hi, we currently ship private label products through multiple platforms and have integrated them all with shipstation.  It has streamlined our shipping services and we are extremely happy at the time savings shipstation has been for us.  The only issue we are finding is when a customer pay for expedited shipping, there is NO alert built into the shipstation platform to let us know that a customer has paid for this service.  We have to look at the cost of the order and determine that expedited services were paid for to determine this.  Does anyone know of another strategy? Shipstation needs to have an alert system that let's us know when someone pays for expedited services.

Have a look at shipping service mapping in your store connections.

Basically if your marketplace has a distinct shipping service you display to your customers like "Express Shipping" that should come across to ShipStation. You can then "Map" that service to your express service in ShipStation. You can set this on a store by store basis as well.

Alternatively, you can setup an automation for when an order comes in with a Marketplace Shipping Service of "Express" then apply a service or set it to a rate shopper profile if you have more than one carrier and you want to select the cheapest service.
