International labels printing sideways and cropped.

More of a complaint than a topic.

This week international labels started printing sideways and cut off. I discussed this with support, had to jump through the usual pointless hoops, clearing cache, cookies etc another wasted 45 minutes.

Turns out it's a major issue for Endicia users and they are "working on it" .

It's now three full days later with no update or resolution.

We've been using Shipstation for years, I think around 7. Their updates before the holidays this year have made it harder to use and annoying bugs make the process slower.

Anyone else experiencing this label bug?

Upon seeing your post, I dug into the resolution process to see how close we were to completion. I am pleased to report that we are in the final stages of testing for the resolution of this behavior. Absolutely expecting this to be a worry of the past very soon!
