There is no option to make a shipment a warranty shipment through Shipstation on the customs forms. In countries like Canada or Mexico, there are no Duties or taxes on warranty shipments. You cannot set the declared value as $0.00 and you can only send so much as a gift. Still testing the sample selection even though a Warranty is technically not a Sample. We select bill taxes and duties to payor but sometimes still end up with taxes and duties that we should not pay!
