We could really use some more automation options. For example, being able to automate tasks for orders with OR logic for the criteria (currently the only logic that works for multiple criteria is AND logic). If we want to achieve our desired automations, we have to build a really long list of individual automations, when an OR operator would allow us to achieve everything we want to within one single automation rule.
We would also like the ability to use the item SKU argument for multi-item orders. For example, we would like to be able to automate tasks for orders where ALL of the order's SKU's contain a certain text or number string. Currently there is a limitation for the "item SKU" argument where it only works for single item orders. If your order has multiple items in it, the automation rule will skip it.
