Not able to proceed with processing batch shipment

Hello. I'm trying out the batch shipment feature. After clicking on "Process Shipments", I arrive at the "Label Batch Status: Cost Review" screen (picture below). Why is the "Continue" button greyed out? Is there a permission that needs to be enabled? I am not the account owner, just a user assigned to work on some of their order fulfillment. Or maybe it's another issue? Thanks.

Thanks for taking the time to post in the community! I am thrilled to have you join us! 

 

I double checked the account and you certainly do have the needed permissions to create labels. With that in mind, if you are still seeing this behavior, I definitely want to have my team check it out! Please reach out to our Support Department by Email or chat widget so that one of my agents can look into this behavior directly as you are experiencing it!
