Notify Marketplace no longer working

Been using shipstation for a year. All my woocommerce shipments used to automatically notify marketplace after the shipment was scanned in by UPS. Now, this rarely happens as of a month or two ago. And when it does, there is no rhyme or reason. I ALWAYS and by default have checked "notify marketplace" when creating the shipment. What gives?
