Optimizing Access to the Scan to Verify Feature

Hi all, 

We are looking to start using the Scan to Verify feature in ShipStation, but I wonder if there is a more efficient way to access it. Our fulfillment team primarily works within the Orders tab, and currently, we have to click into an order, print the packing slip, and then navigate to the Scan tab. This extra step feels inefficient to the team. 

Is there any way to add Scan to Verify to the "Other Actions" drop-down on the Orders tab? Customizing this option would help streamline our process. 

Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your post in the community! While there currently isn’t a way to scan a barcode to navigate directly to the Scan tab or a dedicated hotkey, barcodes can still be used within the Scan tab. That said, we've shared your feedback with our developers for review, and we are constantly exploring ways to improve.
