Packing Slip Template - adding a QR code that links to our return page

Hi,

I am attempting to add a QR code to our packing slip to allow customers an easy link to our return page.  The Help team gave me the HTML code to insert - but when I tried it - it did not work.  Have anyone used an HTML expert that they liked who might me able to help me?

Thank you for your suggestion. We’ve passed it along to our development team for review. We don't have an official launch date, but they have started researching and discovering what it will take to launch this feature.
