Packing Slips Not Readable

We don't need customization, we just need the default to actually be readable. The packing slips print so poorly on 4x6 they are useless. The Label prints just fine but the text on the packing slips is so small and thin they don't print well. Please make the default bolder and larger. Thank you

I would try a couple of things.

1. Most label printers allow you to adjust the speed. If you slow down the printer, you usually get better quality direct transfer.

2. Copy the default template and make a new version. Change some of the font properties to be larger and see how you go. Its pretty easy and you will get the result you want well before you see any development changes from SS.

Its pretty easy. In settings under Templated, packing slips, click on the ... next to the custom 4x6 pack slip and choose copy. Then you can click on the ... again select edit. Go an edit the HTML to change how the settings are displayed.

I agree 10000% I cant read it, it causes mistakes and brings frustration to the point I would change shipping platforms the second someone tells me who to give my money to!
