Payment Method Error


Please help!

I took some months away from work due to a family emergency and a payment bounced. I seem to have then been bumped down to a "Trial." Now that I'm trying to get back to work, I've been trying to update my account to the Bronze Tier and every time I update my payment method, I get an error message saying "Please verify that the billing information is correct or use a different card." I've tried this with multiple payment methods--all of which have the correct information and funds--and the message continues. I have a bunch of back-orders that need to be shipped and have no idea how to fix this. I can't find the "Chat Widget" and there's no number to call. PLEASE help!
