Has anyone else been frustrated with the phone support? Previously I would say it was the best customer service ever across anything Ive ever used in my entire life. I am getting passed to dispatch in foreign countries who are reading off scripts and have no idea how to help me. Just hoping someone from Shipstation see this and tries to address the issue.
