Does anyone else have the print feature greyed out? I've cleared the cache and still not allowing me to print locally. I don't even care about ship station connect, I should be able to download and print, right?

ok, I found a work around -- choose the actual order number and you get a pop up to use the "new look." Now I can print. That sucked to have to figure that out the long way. See my screenshots below. Solved. YOU MUST CHOOSE THE ACTUAL ORDER NUMBER TO GET THE POPUP TO GET THE OPTION OF THE "NEW LOOK"
