It blows my mind you dont offer a screen share funciton. This would save everyone time and headache. The solution of screen shots and screen recordings just adds so much time to the reolution process and i dont think is suitable for 2025 or 2026.
But the Service i receved was excellent. great support and my issue was resolved. But could have taken half the time wiht screen share.
Id imagine this isnt the first time i will submit this feedback. And based on some of the teams reaction to my screen share feedback i imagine they will also greatly appreciate the functionality.
