"Shipments" used to list the correct date of shipment automatically for each order, but now every order automatically defaults to the "ship by" date under this section, so we have to manually change each shipment to get it to the correct date.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I submitted a ticket, but support hasn't been any help. Just gave me a phone number to call (i've been on hold for 30 mins so far). I'm not sure if they even looked into the issue before passing me off to someone else.
