When trying to print labels via ShipStation Connect, nothing is printed. This issue occurs when using ShipStation on the Firefox browser, as well as the Brave browser. ShipStation Connect was working on Firefox last week. So far I have tried the following:
- un-registered and re-registered the mac connected to the printers, in ShipStation Connect
- Re-installed ShipStation Connect
- Restarted the Mac
- Set the label printer to the default printer
- Verified printers are showing up on ShipStation Connect web interface
- Verified the printer is communicating
- Can print labels from PDF reader
- Updated the OS
- Updated Firefox
While ShipStation Connect works in Chrome and Safari, there's a variety of reasons I still prefer to use Firefox. It seems this browser got overlooked by the ShipStation team on a recent update perhaps. Either that or Firefox has a security feature that ShipStation isn't aware of.
