Update all relevant shipping details at product creation

We currently have the setting enabled to automatically create a new sku when the first order is placed.  That works final but it doesnt include all the relevant info needed for shipping.

I’m looking for a solution that can dynamically update a new product with the UPC and customs information (harmonization code and country of origin).
