Recently we have upgraded the Shipstation plugin in WooCommerce and we are facing some issues for “Mix and Match” products. We are seeing the products are not in the order that we send in to ShipStation.
For Example, A order was placed. The XML that we sent to Shipstation looks like this,
But in the Shipstation the sorting order is different
I’ve already contacted WooCommerce support and they replied saying the XML we send is GOOD and for the product sort order not showing properly in Shipstation should be seen by Shipstation Support.
So, can anyone let me know how to fix this ?
