Trying to delete older return shipping labels that were never used by customers. None are in transit, some between 8-10 months old, and other only 1 1/2 month old. Always receive the above error pop up "Cancelindicium called on an old transaction".
As postage has been paid from our account for the unused labels, we need these cancelled and refunded. Will ShipStation just hold these funds and not allow old return shipping labels to be cancelled? Saw a post from around 2020/2021 having the same issue. If this hasn't been resolved yet, someone on backend needs to figure this out ASAP. If anyone else has fix or more info/similar experience, let me know. Thanks
