Tried to print a label and got this error.
Tried to hit the help tab and got this error
I'm really in a bind trying to ship out a couple orders and cannot get the account to work or have no way to reach support. Please can someone assist?
I had a duplicate stamps.com account that they closed over the weekend, following the advice form my onboarding advisor. I think that has something to do with this but cannot reach anyone in support.

Stamps.com should only affect USPS orders so I don't think that is your problem. You checked all the associated emails?

This error actually has nothing to do with Stamps.com, and is an issue with UPS. You may want to try to clear your cache. I've found with Shipstation, clearing my cache works a lot of wonders!
