is there a way to print out only gift notes on 4x6 label, after shipping label and skip blanks.

I am looking for a way to print out only gift notes to include in the package, I thought I would trick the system and use packing slip template to print gift notes, but issue is SS will print blank label after shipping label, if gift note is not there. I can not prevent it to print blank label, or use automations. does anyone know how to achieve this?

So I have a packing slip template that only contains the gift note field. In our process, we print off packings slips that we are shipping for the day. Then we reprint packing slips with the "note" template I have made. Our gift notes are printed on 4x6 postcards and our normal packing slips are printed on letter size paper. So when I go to print the "note" template, I do not print through shipstation connect. I have to print through the browser in order to have it print on a different size of paper. That printers settings are set to 4x6 so it all is ready to go. My process is most likely different from yours, but I am sure you can get this to work. Let me know if you have any questions!

you mean printing on shipping label? or modifying packing slip? because I guess it is not possible to print it out on packing slip and skip blanks

I do not know of a way to "skip blanks." We just create a filter or batch orders that have gift notes and print them separately. We print packing slips out on a normal sheet of paper and the modified version for the gift note gets printed on a 4x6 postcard.

nope, I just print it on the shipping label, I wish there was a way to print it out after the label and skip blanks.
