"Description of good is Invalid"

When I try to create my shipping label, I always get this error message: "Description of good is invalid". 

I searched online what to do, but didn't get what I needed.

Someone can help me?

Can you provide the name of it? I know that for international customs, some characters such as " or - are not accepted with some carriers. Try removing things that are not letters or numbers from your description.

Hi Mason! Thanks for you help. You were right - I used some characters that weren't accepted by my carrier. All good now!
