Chatted with shipstation support earlier today. Have a situation where we go to generate a label and shipstation freezes at the processing label step (see attached picture). We have to close out of this popup, then go to the shipments tab to select the label to then print it.
We have cleared our cache, shipstation cleared our history on their end. We can sometimes get shipstation to work where this popup will automatically close and the shipment label will popup allowing to to select how you want to print it, etc.
What is the trick to get shipstation working as it has - used for 6-7 years and this glitch is becoming annoying! Thanks!

One year later and I can confirm this is still an issue. I have an escalated support case current open with ShipStation support for this exact issue. They asked I provide them a video of the error happening. Ball is in ShipStation's court. If anything comes out of it, I will update with my findings. There seems to be a lot of similar post throughout the years and still no answer.

Solved:
We found a solution that worked for us internally. We found that over the years, we accumulated ~14,000 orphaned orders due to cancelation, pickup order, ext. Additionally we discovered the print error was only present if Rate Shipping was selecting the ship method. If selected manually the issue was not seen. Once we changed our import process to provide the information of shipmethod automatically we turned off ShipStation's Rate Shipping and cleared the orphaned orders, we have not seen the print processing error.
