why I plan canceling my account.

This problematic feature, which does not allow for the deletion of shipments, causes multiple issues whenever one of our employees makes a mistake with an address. Every time we reuse this address, we just type name and it auto populates and the mistake is repeated, leading us to ship expensive wholesale orders incorrectly. We ship time sensitive orders, now that customer calls us and it's not delivered it's a double loss, our customers are upset, and I can't even blame FedEx. This isn't the first occurrence, and such repeated errors have become a "huge" liability for us. This is why I am canceling my account. Feel free to consider this feedback to fix that.
