ShipStation should alert impacted users if there is a problem confirming shipments to a marketplace due to system errors, throttling, or any other reason. The alert time should be configurable so that it is sent early enough for the user to take corrective actions. 

 

It is not sufficient to have a manual process of checking the "Shipments" section every day since the vast majority of the time everything works fine. There needs to be an automated exception process.

 

Amazon in particular considers a late confirmation to be the same as a late order shipment. We are currently at risk of losing our Amazon account and our business because a large number of shipment confirmations were not successfully transmitted by the end of the day. We were completely unaware until it was too late to do anything.
