When attempting to use the Rate Browser, it throws the following error. "One or more providers reported an error. Province required to obtain Canadian rates. Please note, UPS Canadian rates can only be retrieved when a specific order is selected."

 

It would be great if we could use the rate browser to browse rates for our carrier.  The browser does not allow for entering a Province in as is required by UPS.  Can we get this working so that I don't have to create fake orders just to see how much it would cost to ship a package?

YES , PLEASE HELP TO  ADD  THE Province  FILED AS IS REQUIERED FOR UPS TO BE ABLE TO GET QUOTE

A year later and this still isn't working, it's causing us a lot of grief and it seems like it could be fixed simply by adding a couple of fields to the form. 

The only way around it we've found is to go to the UPS website and manually create a shipment 😕
