When we have a shipment go to our 3PL, they sometimes need to split the shipment into two separate packages.

On the 3PL side, it shows as two packages with two different tracking numbers.

On our side, it never updates and continues to show one package.

When customers call in, this causes an issue because we do not have the shipping information for the shipments.

Please add some sort of syncing so that, when a 3PL splits an order, the shipping information is updated on our side.

The timing of your question is unbelievable, because I'm running into a similar situation.  Our business has 4-5 shipping boxes and when we enter product/packages into ShipStation it cannot separate out the packaging size from the Multi-Package.  I'm currently having to manually go into EVERY order and relabel the corresponding box sizes.  We do manual counts with the staff, but I would like for this to be the backup or when its run perfectly this be are actual inventory control.  This current month we have 800 orders and 150 of them are multi-package.....ugh.  I've tried to run every report possible, or even modify/filter reports and nothing can be done about it....so they say.  Anyone find a fix?
