Currently ShipStation uses the first item's product description for the Content Descriptions on international labels generated. In all other shipping applications I have used we have been able to provide a general description/category of the merchandise. This seems to impact customs interpretation and also the first item in an order is not always reflective of the general content. Would love for ShipStation to add a field into their international setting that lets you specify category of product and on the Shipping Details page let the box be able to be populated.
In the Customs Declaration portion of the Shipping Details Page it could read:
Select Contents: [Merchandise]
Content Description: [Description configured in International Settings]
