Pick up mapping

When printing off the custom pick up label ShipStation it is notifying the BigCommerce market place that the order is "Completed" we would like ShipStation to notify BigCommerce that it is "Awaiting Pickup". So that the customer see this as ready to pickup as we have had some confusion with customers emailing us regarding their order.
