US Customs Import Delays - UPS

Hey,

I ship a fair amount of parcels from the UK into the US (from Etsy sales). Just wanted to know if anyone else is seeing long delays with deliveries post the Di Minimis changes. I probably shipped more than a 100 in the last few weeks, they are pretty much are identical items and classified as so in the customs declaration. While some whizz through, there have been some that have been held for 8 weeks with the same daily scan update

Your package is pending release by a Government Agency. Once released, it will be on its way. Check back for updates.

Is anyone else seeing similar issues? Or have a 100% success rate in sending, what are you sending with what duties setup?

Yes, this is due to the change and now everything has to go through formal entry. UPS was not prepared for the influx in clearing packages and things end up sitting waiting clearance. if it sits for over 5 days, it gets returned to sender and you have to ship again. Then you also have to fight with UPS to get refunded for the shipping costs which is wild to me. 
I would reach out to UPS about the ones sitting for 8 weeks as it sounds like those just got lost at this point.

Hmm I need to get this escalated somehow. The standard shipstation reply is just what the UPS site says, I have 51 parcels between 7 and 50 days sitting in customs. This is really frustrating that I can't get an answer about how to get them moving.

Anyone know if they monitor these boards or have a direct dial telephone?
