Thank you for taking my question and letting me post. I'm very frustrated with the packing slip. I find it hard to read and we make mistakes when they look at it. The pick list is better, but there is no name on it so it's easy to get it confused as to what picklist goes with what order, there's not even an order number, I find myself looking at the monitor, which is very clear, but others cannot look at the same monitor. I need an efficient way for them to look at the packing list and use that to fill the order. For example, pictures on it would help or even separation lines between items like the picklist has would help. Can somebody please tell me what I'm missing? My workflow is suffering, I do not have the silver plan and do not want to upgrade as I feel. I'm in a hostage situation here.
