I'm fairly sure some of my shipments yesterday went out with incorrect
insurance. $400 items with only $100 coverage even though it said full
value, the total cost for the shipment changed twice when I printed the
label.
I had the same problem, resets atleast twice a day and I had to reset
all my printer settings each time but that somehow got fixed. Also had
the same problem with printing labels, I wasted 3 hours trying to fix it
