I have an issue where I cannot ship some of my orders. I was in contact
with the support since 5/20/2022 and since it was escalated to senior
support on 5/31/2022 I have not heard from anybody. This platform is
nowhere near being ready to be utilized...
Absolutely agree. The new version for dummies. Won't let you edit your
OWN orders. You either reship empty order with a note to buyer (if it's
short) or create a manual order which is counterproductive. I have no

You cannot create a ticket. You can go on chat with them and talk to
them there. After the chat has ended the conversation will be emailed to
you and you can respond to this email. Or you can email them to the same

There's some serious issues with this new version. It should have never
been moved from beta. I am on their chat support every other day lately
and for hours waiting in line.. They cannot fix the issue right away and
