Hello Amazing Community Members,

Happy first day of December, and congratulations on surviving the official start of peak season. We know that this year has definitely come with some new challenges and new fears for merchants and customers alike during the holiday season.

Did you know that peak season or holiday season is also known as the ‘Golden Quarter’? It is often the most challenging time for retailers due to increased demands, changes in consumer behavior, and delivery expectations. This year is no exception especially with 58% of consumers planning to cut back while 50% of merchants are expecting increased online sales, leading to a bit of a mismatch of expectations coming into the Golden Quarter.

This information comes directly from our Holiday Shopping Trends Report. This report not only provides statistics and information that might help your holiday strategies but also provides ways that you can adapt and win this year.

There is much more amazing content where this came from, and this new monthly content series will be here to make sure you don’t miss a thing. At the beginning of each month we will round up webinars, important social media content, videos, blogs, community content, events for the upcoming month, and any other bits of valuable content from the previous month.
