Bug Fixes
Features
- Branded Returns Portal: For UK accounts, currency values in the Branded Returns Portal will now display in GBP instead of USD.
- Multi-package Shipments: We fixed an issue that prevented packages from being correctly duplicated when you apply a Package Set to a multi-package shipment.
- Rearrange Orders Sidebar: Fixed the order sidebar so you can now click and drag to reorder the sections in the sidebar to your preferences.
- Export Current View Rate Column: When you Export the Current view, the Rate Column will populate appropriately instead of displaying 0.
- Shipment Notifications at Label Creation: Shipment notifications will honor the setting to send Shipment Notifications at label creation instead of delaying.
- Group By Sorting: Fixed an issue where the Group by drop-down menu on the Order grid did not work for some users.
- Custom Messages in Sidebar: Fixed an issue where custom messages would cut off in the sidebar. If an item in an order has a custom message, you can now view the whole message in the sidebar.
- Save Package Sets: Fixed an issue that prevented some users from saving and applying Package Sets for multi-package shipments.
Integrations
Carriers
- DHL eCommerce: We removed deprecated DHL eCommerce services from our integration.
- Hermes UK: We updated our Hermes UK integration with the latest tracking status codes. Previously, our integration was erroneously displaying “Not Yet In System” for shipments in transit.
- UPS Ground Saver: Fixed the issue that caused the error message: 'SS.Business.Rating.SupplementalRating.ServiceCollection’ in Assembly ‘SS.Business, Version=21322.23.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null’ is not marked as serializable.
- GLS: Fixed an error that was preventing label creation. You can create labels for GLS-US with or without adding dimensions.
- Hermes International: Fixed issue that caused the error "Content Values do not add up to Parcel Value".
Selling Channels
- Amazon: For Royal Mail 2nd Class shipments, we updated shipment notifications to Amazon to send “Royal Mail 2nd Class” as the correct carrier service instead of “Royal Mail 2nd Class - BPL.” The previous carrier service name was causing issues for some users.
- Backmarket: Fixed an issue where Orders were importing with incorrect Unit Price.
- EKM (UK): Fixed an issue where order weights were not imported into ShipStation.
- Etsy: Fixed an issue where Etsy did not recognize ShipStation Carrier Services ParcelForce as a service.
