Shopify recently launched a much-awaited new feature that allows merchants to process exchanges directly through Shopify without relying on third-party apps. ShipStation is excited to be the first among its direct competitors to support an exchange workflow with Shopify. This feature enhancement will allow merchants to effortlessly print additional outgoing exchange labels through ShipStation while maintaining their current workflow.
Please note this feature is currently in Beta
