We have been attempting to add an additional carrier to SS for over a week with no success. After selecting the carrier, we are redirected to that carrier's login, once logged in, it just goes to a white blank screen.
We have contacted support about this, and after the usual back and forth, they seemed to have gone silent. I've begged for an update, but nothing.
We have dozens of backlogged shipments that need to go. Has anyone else had this issue? We are getting very desperate.
