No Support At All!

I got error message last night when I tried to create shipping label. Post it to Chat, with screen shot. No response and I went to sleep. This morning, I found 2 hours later someone responded saying "high volume of inquiries"! Then I followed up but no response as of now (7 hours passed)!

You can expect a response in days, not hours. Unfortunately, it seems that timely communication and attention to customer needs aren't exactly high priorities for them.
