I keep getting this error when trying to print labels.
Contract Number is a required field. (Bad Request, Carrier Error Code: 2206). external_client_error (Generic). (520, f8717815-bf6d-4f95-9e1c-241a86d222b0)
I contacted Canada Post and everything is fine on their end. Our account number and contract number are both valid.
For some reason Shipstation is not able to pick up our contract ID number from Canada Post.
Please help.
