IMPORT not working and every tech support agent is incompetent

Importing stopped working every stupid tech states its being escalated yet zero replies or feedback or status.  WTF

We are having same problem and not getting anywhere despite escalation, did your problem get fixed? I am seriously looking at other shipping solutions...
