URGENT BUG: Evri not available as a carrier to select via Amazon Buy Shipping

We are trying to fulfil Amazon Prime orders in the UK using Amazon Buy Shipping.

The carrier that is available to do this within Amazon Seller Central is Evri but this carrier is not appearing in the Shipstation 'Buy Shipping' list and so, therefore, preventing us from fulfilling Amazon Prime orders and maintaining our Prime status.

This is urgent and would appreciate an update as soon as possible please.

We are in need of this also. SS support doesn't seem to grasp how important this basic feature is.

I cant beleive SS does not support both of the approved carriers (DPD and EVRI) for Buy Shipping. This needs ot be rectified. We have spent the last 8 weeks setting up SS and now we find out we cant even use our carrier for Prime?
