Ya'll submitted a ups dispute for me close to a month ago. 3 days ago you got back to me saying that they declined it because I provided the incorrect adjustment amount. I then promptly submitted a screenshot of the adjustment plus a screenshot of my entire balance sheet before and after the adjustment, where you can clearly do the math and see that the amount I gave you was in fact correct. I have now been ignored by your customer service agents for 3 days and I need a response.
