Unable to buy ShipSurance Credit for the last week

Every time I submit payment, it says "An unexpected error occurred. Sorry but an unexpected error occurred." and does not allow my to purchase credits, so I have been forced to use more expensive carrier insurance. Is anyone else having this issue?  I have already cleared cache and cookies, tried another browser, and logged in and out. Google Developer Mode says it is a Error 500 which is a Server error.  I contacted Shipsurance and they said it is not their issue and to contact ShipStation. If you are seeing that generic error when attempting to add funds you will need to reach out to support for more information on the error. I see that you have already submitted a ticket with our team, but for anyone else experiencing something similar you will want to contact support.
